Due to the handmade and personal-care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
We will review the issue and offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
