All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Canada (Domestic Shipping):

• Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
United States:
• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Warm Weather Notice (For Butters)
Belle.Q’iss butters may soften or melt during hot temperatures. If the product arrives soft, simply place it in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to allow it to firm back up. This does not affect the product’s quality.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
Belle.Q’iss is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.
